About Me
Todd Everett
Todd Everett is an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with more than 7,000 hours of flight experience in both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft. His aviation career spans military service, domestic and international business aviation operations and aircraft testing, providing a foundation of precision, safety, and operational discipline that now extends into a professional drone operation.
Todd began his aviation career in the United States Army as a medevac pilot flying the UH-60 Blackhawk, conducting life-saving missions and operating in demanding environments where safety, judgment, and mission execution were paramount. Following his military service, he joined Sikorsky Aircraft where he served as a production test pilot on the S-92 and S-76 helicopters. In this role, he conducted flight tests, evaluated aircraft performance, systems, vibration analysis and airworthiness.
Todd later transitioned into business aviation where he accumulated thousands of hours flying private principal/owners, entrepreneurs and celebrities in both Helicopters and Airplanes. He served as a Captain operating the Bombardier Global 6000 and the Sikorsky S-92 and S-76 to the highest level of professionalism and operational detail in New York City, Washington DC and various places throughout the Globe.
In addition to his aviation background, Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art with an emphasis in Photography and Religious Studies from Morningside University. His artistic foundation complements his technical aviation experience, allowing him to bring both precision, detail and a creative perspective in aerial imaging and media.
Todd holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and operates professional unmanned aircraft systems through “Chasing the Horizon Drone Services” including aerial imaging, mapping, inspection, and data collection for construction, land development, agriculture, infrastructure, and commercial products. Each flight is carefully planned with proper risk assessment, airspace authorization when required and adherence to all federal, state and local regulations.
